ACCEPTANCE TEST CRITERIA. Three types of criteria govern the Compliance Check Procedure. The entrance criteria have to be met before the Compliance Check Procedure is started. The acceptance criteria determine the successful completion of the test cases. If the termination criteria are fulfilled, the testing has to be suspended due to major technical issues or immaturity of the solution. Entrance criteria As an entrance criterion, the NSP has passed Step 1 and then communicated to the ESMIG Operator the readiness of its Network for acceptance testing. The NSP has provided to the ESMIG Operator confirmation of the successful completion of the NSP's internal tests. After the ESMIG Operator confirmed the readiness for the Compliance Check Procedure, an acceptance entrance meeting has been held and the ESMIG Operator and the NSP have agreed to start acceptance testing activities. Acceptance criteria The acceptance testing phase is completed when all of the following conditions are matched: x all acceptance test cases have been executed; x except otherwise agreed with a specific action plan, the NSP has resolved all reported defects; x all contingency plans and procedures have been successfully tested; x the NSP's infrastructure has been running without major issues or incidents for at least 7 consecutive calendar days; x the NSP and the ESMIG Operator have held an acceptance testing exit meeting and agree that the acceptance testing stage has been successfully completed. ACCEPTANCE TEST CRITERIA. As general acceptance criteria for releases, HP will use the XXXXX criteria. The defect will be classified using severity and likelihood tables. HP's proposed threshold is less than XXXXX. Under this threshold the error must be notified and HP will decide whether or not to accept the code in spite of the error. ACCEPTANCE TEST CRITERIA. 3.1 The applicable Acceptance Test Criteria is set out in the attached spreadsheet: schedule 2-6 CONTRACT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT INTRODUCTION This Schedule specifies the requirements in respect of Contract and service management issues. IMPLEMENTATION If required by the CUSTOMER’s Order, both parties shall perform all their obligations under this Contract in accordance with the Implementation Plan. In the event that the CONTRACTOR fails (or is likely to fail), due to its Default, to fulfil an obligation by the date specified in the Implementation Plan for such fulfilment, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the CUSTOMER in writing of such failure (including full details of the reasons for and consequences of the delay) and, at the request of the CUSTOMER and without prejudice to the CUSTOMER’s other rights and remedies: arrange all such additional resources as are necessary to fulfil the said obligation as early as practicable thereafter at no additional charge to the CUSTOMER; and take all reasonable steps necessary to eliminate or mitigate the consequences of the delay, including issuing a correction plan (covering those aspects for which the CONTRACTOR is responsible) for approval not later than ten (10) Working Days after the initial notification under paragraph 2.2 of this Schedule, which once approval has been secured from the CUSTOMER, shall be followed by the CONTRACTOR. In the event that any obligation of the CONTRACTOR specified in the Implementation Plan is (or is likely to become) delayed as a result of a Default by the CUSTOMER then: the CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify the CUSTOMER of the fact of the delay (including full details of the consequences of the delay); the date associated with the relevant obligation(s) as specified in the Implementation Plan (and the dates similarly associated with any subsequent obligation(s) specified in the Implementation Plan) shall be amended by a period of time equal to the period of such CUSTOMER’s Default (or other such period as the parties agree); both parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the impact of such delay and to recover any resultant delay to the performance of the Ordered IT Products; and the CUSTOMER shall reimburse those reasonable costs of the CONTRACTOR which are both reasonably and necessarily incurred by the CONTRACTOR as a direct result of such delay.
