Acceptance of Escrow. The ESCROW AGENT shall serve as ESCROW AGENT in accordance with the provisions of this ESCROW AGREEMENT, and the duties of the ESCROW AGENT shall be solely those imposed by this ESCROW AGREEMENT.
Acceptance of Escrow. By accepting the Escrow, Escrow Agent agrees to the terms of this Agreement as they relate to the duties of Escrow Agent.
