ACCEPTANCE FOR REGISTRATION. 14.1 This Agreement shall be registered in the Public Register of Mining and for that purpose the parties shall cooperate in obtaining said registration, including taking all steps necessary to have this Agreement translated into Spanish within 15 days of the execution of this Agreement.
