Common use of ACCEPTANCE FOR PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE FOR PAYMENT. 20.1 Upon substantial completion of all work under this contract, the work shall be given a punch-list walk through by County. When all of the work including punch-list items is found to be satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract, and the entire work is accepted by County, final payment shall be made to Contractor.
