Acceptance by Lender. This Loan Agreement shall become effective upon acceptance by Lender, in writing, at its principal place of business as set forth above. If so accepted by Lender, this Loan Agreement and the Other Agreements shall be deemed to have been made at said place of business.
Acceptance by Lender. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents are submitted by Borrower to Lender (for Lender’s acceptance or rejection thereof) at Lender’s principal place of business as an offer by Borrower to borrow monies from Lender now and from time to time hereafter and shall not be binding upon Lender or become effective until and unless accepted by Lender, in writing, at said place of business. If so accepted by Lender, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be deemed to have been made at said place of business.

Acceptance by Lender. By its acceptance of the benefits hereof, Lender shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound hereby and to perform any obligation on its part set forth herein.

Acceptance by Lender. Lender may accept this Agreement by issuance of an approval to a Vendor for the purchase of inventory by Dealer or by making an advance hereunder.
