Common use of Acceptance by Issuer Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by Issuer. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.06(d) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, the Issuer hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest to the property, now existing and hereafter created, transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 3 of this Assignment. The Issuer further acknowledges that, before or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Assignment, the Transferor delivered to the Issuer the updated Account Schedule and the Additional Account Schedule described in Section 2 of this Assignment.
