Acceptance and Term. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Company agrees to employ Employee on an at-will basis (subject to the terms of Sections 7 hereof), and Employee agrees to accept such employment and serve the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The term of employment shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party at any time, subject to the provisions herein (referred to herein as the “Term”).
