Common use of Academic Achievement Clause in Contracts

Academic Achievement. Employees who are on a planned program previously approved by the Superintendent and who acquire fifteen (15) credits beyond a Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s Degree, or fifteen (15) credits beyond a Master’s Degree within their specific area of discipline, shall be placed on the salary schedule in accordance with Article 8.8 and Appendix B.
