ABIDE BY LAWS. To abide by and comply with at its own expense all laws, rules, and regulations of every authority which in any manner relates to or affects the business or profession of the Tenant or the use of the Premises by the Tenant and to save harmless the City from all costs, charges or damages to which the City may be put or suffer by reason of any breach by the Tenant of any such law, rule or regulation.
