Abatement of Nuisances. Lessee shall promptly execute and fulfill all ordinances of the City of Aransas Pass, Texas, applicable to said premises, and all orders and requirements imposed by the Board of Health, Sanitation, Fire and Police Departments, for the correction, prevention and abatement of nuisances in, upon or connected with said premises during the said term of this lease, and will also comply with all such rules and regulations as may be made by the City of Aransas Pass, its Harbor Master or other duly authorized representatives or law enforcement body, or by the State or Federal Government or its duly authorized representatives, during the term of this lease, or any extension thereof, at Lessee’s own cost and expense.
Abatement of Nuisances. In addition to any other remedies provided in this Part, any violation of this Part shall constitute a nuisance and may be abated by the Township, the MTMA, the ACHD, or the DEP by either seeking mitigation of the nuisance or appropriate equitable or legal relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Abatement of Nuisances. In addition to any other remedies provided in this Part, any violation of §18-408 shall constitute a nuisance and may be abated by the Township, DEP or ACHD by either seeking mitigation of the nuisance or appropriate equitable or legal relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Abatement of Nuisances. Tenant shall at its expense comply with all Requirements requiring the correction, prevention and abatement of nuisances connected with Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises.
Abatement of Nuisances. 7.1 TEATRO DALLAS shall promptly comply with all governmental orders and directives for the correction, prevention, and abatement of nuisances as caused by TEATRO DALLAS, its officers, agents, or employees, in or upon, or connected with the Premises, and shall pay for the costs of compliance.

In addition to any other remedies provided in the Holding Tank Ordinance and Agreement, any violation of Section 8 above shall constitute a nuisance and shall be abated by Perry Township by either seeking mitigation of the nuisance or appropriate equitable or legal relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Abatement of Nuisances. 7.1 CARA MIA shall promptly comply with all governmental orders and directives for the correction, prevention, and abatement of nuisances as caused by CARA MIA, its officers, agents, or employees, in or upon, or connected with the Premises, and shall pay for the costs of compliance.

(a) Not to do or leave undone any act matter or thing which may be deemed to be a nuisance under any Western Australian Act or regulation or under any local laws or regulations applicable to the Site or to the use or occupation of the Site by the Licensee, and immediately to xxxxx any such nuisance or alleged nuisance.
