Abandonment/Vacation. Tenant abandons or vacates the Premises or removes any or all of its furniture, fixtures and personal property, except in the normal course of business; or
Abandonment/Vacation. The vacation or abandonment of any Unit by Concessionaire for a period of five (5) consecutive days or any vacation or abandonment of any Unit by Concessionaire which would cause any insurance policy to be invalidated or otherwise lapse in each of the foregoing cases irrespective of whether or not Concessionaire is then in monetary default under this Agreement. Concessionaire agrees to notice and service of notice as provided for in this Agreement and waives any right to any other or further notice or service of notice which Concessionaire may have under any statute or law now or hereafter in effect;
Abandonment/Vacation. Tenant abandons or vacates the remises or removes furniture, fixtures or personal property (except in the normal course of business or in connection with any proposed subletting or assignment of this Lease and as permitted in paragraph 7.2 hereof) or fails to perform its maintenance and presence obligations during a permitted period of vacancy, under paragraph 7.2 above; or
Abandonment/Vacation. Tenant abandons or otherwise vacates the Premises for a period in excess of fifteen (15) days.
Abandonment/Vacation. Tenant abandons the Premises and ceases to pay its rent; (provided however if Tenant abandons the Premises but continues to pay its rent Landlord shall have the option to elect to terminate the Lease and release Tenant from all future obligations hereunder) or

Abandonment/Vacation. The abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, or the vacating of the Premises by Tenant, which shall be conclusively presumed if Tenant is absent from the Premises for ten (10) consecutive days or more or if Tenant shall fail to move into or take possession of the Premises within ten (10) days after the date on which Rent is to commence under the terms of this Lease provided the Tenant shall not be in default so long as it (i) continues to a rent and all other sums due hereunder and (ii) pays any and all costs or increase in costs caused by its abandonment or vacation of the Premises.
Abandonment/Vacation. Tenant abandons or vacates the Premises without giving Landlord ten (10) days prior written notice or removes furniture, fixtures or personal property except in the normal course of business; or
Abandonment/Vacation. Lessee shall not abandon the Premises during the Lease Term or permit the Premises to remain unoccupied for a period longer than fifteen (15) consecutive days during the Lease Term. If Lessee abandons, vacates or surrenders the Premises, or is dispossessed by process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Lessee left in or about the Premises will, at the option of Lessor be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of by Lessor in the manner provided for by the laws of Iowa.
