ABAC definition

ABAC means Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption.
ABAC means all anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and the United Kingdom Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, as amended, and any other applicable anti-corruption laws and laws for the prevention of fraud, racketeering, money laundering or terrorism.
ABAC shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.7.
