A/R Management Fee Sample Clauses

A/R Management Fee. For ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Century’s services hereunder, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Century shall receive an A/R Management Fee equal to the percentage shown on the Schedule multiplied by the gross amount of each Receivable of Client, which A/R Management Fee shall be due and payable by Client as of the date a Receivable arises, and shall then be chargeable to Client’s account with ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Century. The maximum aggregate A/R Management Fees payable under this Agreement for each Contract Year hereof shall be the amount shown in the Schedule.
