A Certificate of Good Standing. (or comparable certificate) for Borrower, certified as of a recent date prior to the Effective Date by the Secretary of State of California;
A Certificate of Good Standing for the Borrower issued by the Secretary of State in all states where the Borrower is qualified to do business;
A Certificate of Good Standing and Tax Status from the state of incorporation of the Company and each Guarantor and from every state in which any of them is qualified to do business;
A Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State of the State of California, indicating that the Company is in good standing and is qualified to do business as a foreign corporation therein.
