A-C. If the ESD does not meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement, the ESD will be asked to submit to the HCA Contract Manager a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within 30 days of notification. The plan must identify the problems causing failure to reach the goal and provide a plan for addressing those problems.
