A. Borrower Covenants Sample Clauses

A. Borrower Covenants. Each Borrower shall take such action as the Company is required by this Agreement to cause such Borrower to take, and shall refrain from taking such action as the Company is required by this Agreement to prohibit such Borrower from taking.
