8Audit; Evidence; Reporting. Each Party shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate adherence to this Section 4 and Schedule B, and the KMP to be established pursuant to Section 3.6, including policy audit trails, access logs, and incident RCAs, retained for at least five (5) years.
