75% Preliminary Design. 5.12.1.1. Garver will develop 75% preliminary design plans, specifications, and engineer’s report and submit these to the Owner and FAA for review. It is anticipated that the Owner and FAA will review the design submission within two weeks. 5.12.1.2. At the completion of the Preliminary review period, Garver will meet with the Owner to review the 75% preliminary design plans, specifications, and engineer’s report and to receive Owner and FAA comments and direction.
