Common use of 5Severability Clause in Contracts

5Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, all other provisions of this Agreement will nevertheless be effective, and the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision will be considered modified such that it is valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5Severability. In the event any of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
