4Duties Upon Termination. During the Severance Period, if there is a Severance Period applicable to Executive’s termination of employment from Employer, Executive shall fully cooperate with Employer in all matters relating to the winding up of Executive’s pending work including, but not limited to, any litigation in which Employer is involved, and the orderly transfer of any such pending work to such other employees as may be designated by Employer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such cooperation requirement shall not unreasonably interfere with his then current employment or business activities.
