4Consent and Approval Sample Clauses

The 'Consent and Approval' clause establishes the requirement that certain actions or decisions under the agreement must receive prior consent or approval from a specified party. In practice, this means that one party cannot proceed with particular activities—such as assigning rights, making significant changes, or entering into subcontracts—without first obtaining written permission from the other party. This clause ensures that both parties maintain control over key aspects of the agreement, preventing unauthorized actions and reducing the risk of disputes arising from unilateral decisions.
4Consent and Approval. Such Party has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with this Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Agreement that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.
