4Amendments, etc. Any provision of this Agreement, the Senior Note, or any other Note Document to which the Company is a party may be amended or waived, if such amendment or waiver is in writing and is signed by the Company and the Purchaser. Any provision of any other Note Document to which the Company is not a party may be amended or waived, if such amendment or waiver is in writing and is signed by the Obligor(s) party thereto and the Purchaser.
