3Subdivisions. Unless otherwise stated, reference herein to a Schedule or to an Article, Section, paragraph or other subdivision is a reference to such Schedule to this Agreement or such Article, Section, paragraph or other subdivision of this Agreement. Reference in Section 1.1 to a Schedule or to an Article, Section, paragraph or other subdivision of "this Agreement" is a reference to such Schedule or Article, Section, paragraph or other subdivision of this Agreement. ​
