36C Reasonable Efforts Sample Clauses
The 36C Reasonable Efforts clause requires a party to take all reasonable steps to fulfill its obligations under the agreement, without guaranteeing a specific outcome. In practice, this means the party must act diligently and in good faith, using the resources and methods that a prudent person would employ in similar circumstances, but is not held to an absolute standard of performance. This clause serves to balance expectations by ensuring that parties make genuine attempts to meet their commitments while recognizing that certain results may be outside their control.
