2Currency Clause Samples
2Currency. Unless otherwise indicated, all dollar amounts referred to in this Agreement are expressed in United States dollars.
2Currency. All amounts due hereunder whether stated in United States Dollars or Canadian Dollars will be paid in, U.S. dollars at the $U.S./CAD exchange middle rate as quoted by the Wall Street Journal on the date that the amounts become due.
2Currency. All payments hereunder will be made in United States dollars by wire transfer to a bank account designated in writing by Nurix in the Wire Instructions. Conversion of sales recorded in local currencies to United States dollars will be performed in a manner consistent with the Accounting Standard and Seagen’s normal practices used to prepare its audited financial statements.
2Currency. All references in this Agreement to “dollars” or “$” are references to dollars in the currency of the United States of America.
