1Notices. Any notices or other communications required hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered in person or by email to the party email address as specified below, or to such other addresses of which a party shall have notified the others in accordance with the provisions of this Section 6.1, and shall be deemed effectively given upon the earlier of actual receipt or: (a) personal delivery to the party to be notified, (b), if sent by email (with electronic confirmation of receipt) on the recipient’s next business day. The email address of each Party for notice is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
