1Condition Precedent. The issuance of a Full Notice to Proceed by Owner shall be a condition precedent to the commencement of the Work under this Agreement. Until such time as Owner issues a Full Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall not, and is not authorized to, perform any Work hereunder.

1Condition Precedent. The obligations of the Parties under this BTA USA, and the completion of the transactions contemplated herein, are conditioned upon the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent for NECT to consummate the Closing as set out in Sections 5.1 (a), Section 5.1(b) and Section 5.3 of the Master Agreement.
