18Waiver of Set-off. Seller, Pledgor and Guarantor hereby waive any right of set-off each may have or to which each may be or become entitled under the Repurchase Documents or otherwise against Buyer, any Affiliate of Buyer, any Indemnified Person or their respective assets or properties.
