118 Valuation Date. The last day of the Plan Year and such other date(s) as specified in the Adoption Agreement on which the fair market value of Plan assets is determined. The Trustee and/or Custodian may also value all or any portion of the assets of the Trust on such other Valuation Dates as directed by the Plan Administrator, including but not limited to semi-annually, quarterly, monthly, or daily Valuation Dates.
