07Buyer Investigation and Reliance. Buyer is a sophisticated purchaser and has made its own independent investigation, review and analysis regarding the Acquired Interests and the related businesses, and has been provided with access to such records and other information that it has requested in connection with its investigation of the Acquired Interests and the transactions contemplated hereby. Buyer has not relied and is not relying on any statement, representation or warranty, oral or written, express or implied, made by Sellers Parties, except as expressly set forth in Article III or in any other Transaction Documents (including any certificates delivered pursuant thereto). None of the Seller Parties is making, directly or indirectly, any representation or warranty with respect to any estimates, projections or forecasts involving the Acquired Interests or the related businesses. ​ ​
