03Waiver of Right to Marshal. Each Loan Party for itself and all who may claim through or under it, hereby expressly waives and releases all rights to have the Collateral, or any part thereof, or any other of its properties, marshaled on any foreclosure, sale or other enforcement thereof, and the Administrative Agent, or any court in which the foreclosure of the liens or security interests in the Collateral are sought, shall have the right as aforesaid to sell the Collateral as an entirety in a single parcel. The Loan Parties, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, shall provide the Administrative Agent with a specific written waiver to evidence the intent of this Section 9.03.
