00 - Union Notices and Meetings Clause Samples

The "Union Notices and Meetings" clause establishes the procedures and requirements for how a union communicates official information and organizes meetings within the workplace. Typically, this clause outlines where and how union notices may be posted, such as on designated bulletin boards, and sets guidelines for when and where union meetings can be held, often specifying that such activities should not disrupt normal business operations. Its core function is to ensure that union members have access to important information and opportunities for assembly, while balancing the employer’s need to maintain order and productivity in the workplace.
