0 Purpose. 1.01 It is the right and purpose of the parties to maintain harmonious relationships between the Board and teachers in the bargaining unit and to co-operate to the fullest extent in an endeavour to provide the best possible educational service. 1.02 It is the desire of the parties to set forth in this Agreement certain of the terms of employment for Teachers and Occasional Teachers covered in this Agreement.
