Written Evaluation definition

Written Evaluation. The faculty member’s supervising administrator or Xxxxxxx shall formally evaluate the faculty member’s performance using the Faculty Evaluation Performance Review form.
Written Evaluation. The faculty member’s Supervising Administrator shall formally 1777 evaluate the faculty member’s performance using the Faculty Self-Evaluation 1778 Performance Review form.
Written Evaluation means a written report prepared by the administrative/supervisory staff member or members responsible for the supervision of that staff member.
