Warehouse Receipts definition

Warehouse Receipts means any and all of the non-negotiable warehouse receipts and/or other documents of title issued by any Warehousemen with respect to any Inventory.

Warehouse Receipts means as defined in the State Warehouses Act of such Commodities as acceptable to the lender.
