Fifty percent (50%) of such meeting cost shall be allocated in proportion to the Parties’ Individual Votes and the remaining fifty percent (50%) of such meeting cost shall be allocated in proportion to the Parties’ Weighted Votes.
The Administrative Committee shall determine the Affiliate status of Parties for purposes of Individual or Weighted Votes.
Subject to the limitations of Section 9.7.1(a), any action taken by the Administrative Committee shall require a combination of the concurrence of the representatives’ Individual Votes of the representatives of those Parties entitled to vote on such matters and Weighted Votes as specified in this Section 8.5.
