U.S. Guarantors definition

U.S. Guarantors means and include each U.S. Borrower (in its capacity as a guarantor under the U.S. Guaranty) and each U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor.
U.S. Guarantors has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
U.S. Guarantors means a Guarantor organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.

U.S. Guarantors means (a) each Domestic Subsidiary, whether now existing or hereafter created or acquired (other than any Subsidiary that is an Excluded Subsidiary or Subsidiary of a Foreign Subsidiary, unless the Company otherwise determines), and (b) each other Person who guarantees payment or performance in whole or in part of the U.S. Obligations. The U.S. Guarantors as of the Agreement Date include the Canadian Guarantors and are set forth on Schedule 1.2A under the heading “U.S. Guarantors”.
U.S. Guarantors means the Persons that now or hereafter executes the Guaranty or a joinder or supplement thereto, including the Parent and the Intermediate Parent.
