Trust Termination Event definition

Trust Termination Event. With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Series Supplement.
Trust Termination Event. (a) the payment in full at maturity or upon early redemption of the Certificates or (b) the distribution of the proceeds received upon a recovery on the Term Assets (in the case of Payment Default, after deducting the costs incurred in connection therewith) after a Payment Default or an Acceleration thereof (or other default with respect to the Term Assets).
Trust Termination Event. (a) the payment in full at maturity or upon early redemption of the Certificates, (b) the distribution of the proceeds received upon a recovery on the Term Assets in the case of a Payment Default (after deducting the costs incurred in connection therewith) or an Acceleration thereof (or other default with respect to the Term Assets), (c) the distribution in kind of the Term Assets upon a tender by an affiliate of the Depositor of 100% of the then outstanding Call Warrants and Certificates in exchange for 100% of the Term Assets, or (d) the sale by the Trustee in accordance with the Call Warrants of all the Term Assets and the distribution in full of all amounts due to Certificateholders.

Examples of Trust Termination Event in a sentence

  • The Depositor shall deliver to the Trustee on or prior to June 30 of each year prior to a Trust Termination Event the Officer's Certificate as to compliance as required by Section 6.1(b) of the Base Trust Agreement.

  • The Trustor shall deliver to the Trustee and the Swap Counterparty on or prior to June 30 of each year prior to a Trust Termination Event the Officer's Certificate as to compliance as required by Section 6.1(b) of the Base Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Trust Termination Event

Trust Termination Event. Means the earlier of (a) the payment in full at maturity or upon early redemption of all of the Certificates, (b) the distribution of the proceeds received upon a recovery on the Underlying Securities (after deducting the costs incurred in connection therewith) after a Payment Default (or other default with respect to the Underlying Securities), (c) the sale by the Trust in accordance with the Call Warrants of all the Underlying Securities and the distribution in full of all amounts due to Certificateholders, or (d) the liquidation of the Underlying Securities in accordance with Section 10(j) of this Series Supplement in the event of an SEC Reporting Failure.
