Trust Agent definition

Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.
Trust Agent means The Chase Manhattan Bank, a New York corporation, not in its individual capacity but solely as agent of the Owner Trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Trust Agent hereunder.

Trust Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(e) of the Titling Trust Agreement.
