Total mass definition

Total mass or "total mass dioxi n/furan" means the total mass of tetra-through octa-chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans, as determined using EPA Reference Method 23 and the procedures specified under subdivision (4) of subsection (i) of this section.

Total mass means the mass of the shell, its service equipment and structural equipment, and the heaviest load authorized to be transported.

Total mass means the mass of the portable tank or road tank vehicle with the heaviest load authorized for transport.
