The Consultant definition

The Consultant s Personnel’ means any person instructed pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract, including the Consultant’s employees, agents and sub-consultants.

The Consultant means the person, partnership or company with whom this Contract is placed.

The Consultant s Representative’ means the person named in Section 3 who is responsible for all contractual aspects of the Contract on behalf of the Consultant.

• The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll.

• Additional training services not mentioned herein shall be paid at a rate agreed upon in writing by the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office designee and the Consultant prior to the commencement of such training.

More Definitions of The Consultant

The Consultant means the natural person(s), partnership(s), or company (ies) whose bid to perform this contract has been accepted by TMEA and is named as such in this contract, and includes the legal successors or permitted assigns of the Consultant.
