Term Promissory Note definition

Term Promissory Note means the Term Promissory Note described in Section 2.1(a) hereof, as the same may be renewed, extended, increased or otherwise modified from time to time.
Term Promissory Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.
Term Promissory Note means a term promissory note in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto evidencing Term Loans made to Parent or Ultralife (UK) and all amendments, modifications and changes thereto.

Term Promissory Note means the promissory note dated March 26, 2003, executed by Three-Five Systems Pacific, Inc. (with Company as a guarantor) and delivered to Buyer. The Term Promissory Note is attached hereto as Exhibit C and made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
