Tax Deduction definition

Tax Deduction means a deduction or withholding for or on account of Tax from a payment under a Finance Document.
Tax Deduction has the same meaning given to the term in Clause 12.1 (Definitions).
Tax Deduction means a deduction or withholding for or on account of Tax from a payment under a Finance Document, other than a FATCA Deduction.
