Target Healthcare Professionals definition

Target Healthcare Professionals means medical professionals with prescribing or dispensing authority and who practice in the medical specialties set forth on Exhibit C, as may be amended by agreement of the Parties from time to time.
Target Healthcare Professionals means physicians who are cancer specialists, radiologists or other prescribers of oncology therapeutics, including persons lawfully influencing (or in a position to lawfully influence) the opinions of such persons, in each case who are authorized by Applicable Laws to prescribe the Co-Promotion Collaboration Product.
Target Healthcare Professionals means medical doctors and doctors of osteopathy that are primary care physicians (i.e., general practitioners, family practitioners and internal medicine physicians), pain specialists, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists, neurologists, anesthesiologists, sports medicine specialists, or other prescribers of pain management therapeutics, in each case who are authorized by applicable law to prescribe the Product.

  • Each party agrees that, after receipt of such notice, neither it nor any of its employees shall engage in any activities that negatively impact (i) the promotion or goodwill of the Product, (ii) relationships with the Target Healthcare Professionals or (iii) the name, reputation or goodwill of the other party or any of its Affiliates, employees, agents or contractors.

  • Commencing April 1, 2003 and continuing throughout the Term, Co-Promotion Partner shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to market and promote the Product to Target Healthcare Professionals in the Territory in accordance with the then-current Marketing Plan (collectively, the "Co-Promotion Partner Detailing Services").

  • Except for that information that is to be disclosed to Target Healthcare Professionals in connection with providing Product Calls, such information shall be treated as Confidential Information of Ligand pursuant to Section 11 of this Agreement and shall not be disclosed to third parties without Ligand's prior written approval or direction.

  • Endo shall at all times have final authority and responsibility for the Product's Marketing strategy and for the content and selection of the Product Literature to be used by Elan's Professional Sales Representatives to Co-Promote the Product to Target Healthcare Professionals in the Territory.

  • Santarus shall furnish Co-Promotion Partner with efficacy and safety information reasonably requested by Co-Promotion Partner to assist Co-Promotion Partner in promoting the Products to Co-Promotion Partner Target Healthcare Professionals in the Territory, including without limitation relevant clinical and safety data included in the NDA for each Product and additional information, if any, related to the efficacy and safety profile of the Products since each Product's respective approval by the FDA.

  • Except for that information that is to be disclosed to Co-Promotion Partner Target Healthcare Professionals in connection with providing Product Calls, such information shall be treated as Confidential Information of Santarus pursuant to Section 11 of this Agreement and shall not be disclosed to third parties without Santarus' prior written approval or direction.

  • Vernalis may enlist the services of a contract sales organization ("CSO") for the purpose of providing Product Details to Target Healthcare Professionals in the *** field only, in accordance with the Annual Co-Promotion Plan; provided that Vernalis notify Endo at least *** days prior to completing or substantially modifying an agreement with any such CSO.

  • Onyx shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Promote the Product to Target Healthcare Professionals in the United States, and otherwise perform its obligations under the Co-Promotion Program, and conduct the Medical Affairs Program in accordance with the then-current Co-Promotion Plan.
