Strategy Provider definition

Strategy Provider means the Client who is using the Social Trading service by creating his/her Strategy in accordance and by complying with the Company’s Strategy opening procedures.

Strategy Provider means a financial market trader who has developed certain trading systems designed to generate trading signals to be used by strategy followers and who transmits their trading activities through the ELEVENProfit platform or the platforms and websites of our licensees.

  • Once the Clients select a signal for mirroring, they can decide if they wish to close the trade manually or they may prefer to let the position be closed automatically when the Eligible Strategy Provider closes it.

  • PAMM Systems are designed to allow the application of strategies as set by the Strategy Provider through the Strategy Provider Master Account and/or Strategy Account in trading on the OTC foreign exchange market or on regulated market (if applicable), in relation to the Investor's capital (or part of that capital).

  • You understand and agree that the Company reserves the right to pause, stop, or block any Strategy Provider from being copied or any Client from copying the trading activity of the Signal Provider under the Social Trading account functionality at any time upon its sole discretion.

  • It’s also importantto remember that only one Strategy Provider account can be linked to a Trading Account.

Strategy Provider is a client who has registered for a Strategy Provider Account via the designated page on the Company’s website and has been assessed and approved as a Strategy Provider by the Company per the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A Client can elect to open either a Public or a Private Strategy Provider account.

  • Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB.
