Sterling Notes definition

Sterling Notes means the Series 3 Notes;

Sterling Notes means the Class A1 Notes, the Class A2a Notes, the Class B1a Notes and the Class C1a Notes;

Sterling Notes means the Sterling Global Notes and the Sterling Definitive Registered Notes, collectively.

• Each class of Sterling Notes will be initially represented by a Reg S Global Note Certificate, which, in the aggregate, will represent the Principal Amount Outstanding from time to time of such class of Sterling Notes.

More Definitions of Sterling Notes

Sterling Notes means, in relation to the Current Issuer, the Series 3 Notes and, in relation to any other Issuer, the Notes issued by such Issuer in Sterling;
