All Electronics, Appliances, tires, or other items regulated by the state shall be collected, transported and recycled or disposed separately in compliance with State Law and the Contractor shall be properly certified to collect Appliances and Electronics in the State of Minnesota.
This Agreement will be interpreted under Washington State Law or Federal Law as applicable.
