Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement definition

Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement means this amended and restated shareholder rights plan agreement dated as of April 29, 2019 between the Company and the Rights Agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time; “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto” and similar expressions mean and refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular part of this Agreement;
