You and your advisors should perform a detailed, independent, investigation of the property to determine whether it meets your satisfaction and the Seller expressly disclaims any representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy of the Submission Items, and Buyer acknowledges that it is relying on its own investigations to determine the accuracy of the Submission Items.
No investigation by Buyer or other information received by Buyer shall operate as a waiver or otherwise affect any representation, warranty, or agreement given or made by Seller in this Agreement.
The Seller shall secure that all its subcontractors are also obliged to cooperate with control bodies in the above stipulated extent.
