Scheduled Installment definition

Scheduled Installment has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.1(A).

• Borrower shall make principal payments in the amount of the applicable Scheduled Installment of the Term Loan A (or such lesser principal amount as shall then be outstanding) on the dates set forth below.
